For custom made letter flowers we can choose the letters we want but they need to place it at least 2 days before since they are custom orders. 

If the flower is seasonal we can subsitute with another flower with either the same value or even higher without you paying more. 

In certain cases, our photograph may capture a general theme or aesthetic, featuring a unique vase that cannot be replicated precisely.

While the actual floral arrangement may not mirror the photo exactly, its essence will be retained. Occasionally, substitutions in flowers or containers may occur due to factors such as weather, seasonality, and market conditions affecting availability. Should this apply to the chosen gift, rest assured that we will maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement, only substituting items of equal or higher value.
